Ducati Rolls Out The Multistrada V4 Rally In India With A Price Tag Of Rs 29.72 Lakh

Ducati has introduced the Multistrada V4 Rally, the most off-road-focused version of its flagship adventure motorcycle in the Indian market. The eye-catching red color variant comes with a price tag of Rs 29.72 lakh, while the black option is priced at Rs 30.02 lakh (ex-showroom, India). These price points represent a significant premium compared to the Multistrada V4 S, which retails for Rs 26.73 lakh.

This iteration of the Multistrada boasts several noteworthy enhancements. Notably, it features a larger 30-litre fuel tank, promising extended distances between refueling stops. In terms of rider comfort, the company has made improvements by redesigning the front windscreen, making it 40mm taller and 20mm wider than previous models. Furthermore, revised luggage mounting points have been positioned further back, creating more legroom for the pillion rider.

Continuing the focus on comfort, the Multistrada V4 Rally now incorporates cylinder deactivation technology, which not only operates at a standstill but can also deactivate the rear cylinder bank while the motorcycle is in motion, reactivating it when needed. This innovation translates into improved fuel efficiency and reduced heat emission towards the rider.

Ducati has also enhanced the off-road capabilities of the Multistrada V4 Rally by increasing the suspension travel to 200mm at both the front and rear, a significant improvement over the Multistrada V4 S, which offered 170mm at the front and 180mm at the rear. Additionally, the bike features a larger and more robust metal sump guard for enhanced underbelly protection during off-road adventures.

To accommodate riders of various sizes, Ducati offers a wide range of seat and suspension options for the Multistrada V4 Rally. These adjustments can modify the seat height, ranging from a user-friendly 805mm to a more towering 905mm. Making the handling of this 260kg motorcycle more manageable off-road, Ducati has introduced a new Off-road power mode that limits the power output to 115hp.
